It’s been a year since someone dared me to start a blog, a motion that was quickly seconded by someone else.

My goal was one post per week and I’m sitting at 72 posts – not including this one – and about a quarter-million words.

Thank you all for spending your time reading, sharing my blog with your friends through your social media and word of mouth but most of all I thank you for your praise, support and encouragement over this last year.

I wouldn’t have done this without you.

And I apologize for any eye injuries you may have incurred rolling your eyes at my particular brand of crazy.
